Question 1

How do brand colors work?

Accepted Answer

When you upload a logo, we automatically extract the dominant colors and display them alongside your logos. Each color shows HEX, RGB, and CMYK values with one-click copy. You can also add custom Pantone codes for print specifications. You can use the extracted colors from your logo to create a color palette or manually create your own color palette. Color palettes can be exported in Adobe format or JSON format for developers right from your brand page.

Question 2

What file formats can I upload and download?

Accepted Answer

Upload logos in virtually any format: vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) or raster images (PNG, JPG, WebP, TIFF). We automatically convert your uploads into a complete download library. Visitors can grab PNG files in multiple sizes, from 32px favicons to 3000px print-ready images, plus vector EPS, SVG and PDF for infinite scaling. No manual resizing required; every format your team, vendors, or partners might need is generated automatically.

Question 3

What happens when I sign up for a free account?

Accepted Answer

You get immediate access to upload 1 logo family, create 1 public portal, and share your logos instantly. No credit card required, just sign up and start sharing. Your portal is live in under a minute.

Question 4

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. You can change plans whenever you need to. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access to premium features until then.

Question 5

How does billing work when I upgrade mid-cycle?

Accepted Answer

When you upgrade, we calculate the unused portion of your current plan and credit it toward your new plan. You only pay the difference. For example, if you upgrade from Solo to Pro halfway through the billing cycle, you'll receive a prorated credit for your remaining Solo days.

Question 6

Do recipients need an account to download my logos?

Accepted Answer

No. Your portal is completely public so anyone with the link can browse and download. No sign-up, no login, no friction. Just send the link and they're ready to go.

Question 7

What's the difference between logo families and variations?

Accepted Answer

A logo family is your core logo, your primary brand mark. Variations are alternate versions within that family: horizontal layouts, stacked versions, mono-color options, or dark/light backgrounds. Each plan includes a set number of logo families, and most plans allow multiple variations per family.

Question 8

What is the difference between a brand and a logo family?

Accepted Answer

A brand is the company or client you are managing. It holds that company's logo, colors, style guide, and public Logo Page. If you manage more than one company, each one is a separate brand. Free and Solo plans include 1 brand, Pro includes 4, and Agency includes 10.

A logo family is one logo plus every version of that same logo, like the horizontal layout, the stacked layout, the black-only version, and the white-on-dark reversed version. Those are all variations inside the same family, not separate logos.

Quick rule of thumb. A different company or client is a new brand. A different look of the same logo is a new variation inside the existing logo family.

Question 9

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no hidden charges. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period. Your brand portals become unpublished and you can reactivate at a later date.

Question 10

Is there a limit on how many times my logos can be downloaded?

Accepted Answer

No limits. Your logos can be downloaded as many times as needed by as many people as you share them with. We believe your brand assets should be accessible without arbitrary restrictions.

Question 11

How secure are my uploaded logos?

Accepted Answer

Your logos are stored securely with industry-standard encryption. Public portals are read-only so visitors can view and download, but never modify or delete your files. You maintain full control over which logos appear on each portal.
